A writing competition for ages 7 to 17, called ‘Generation Lockdown’, has been launched offering young people the chance to write about their experiences during lockdown. Winners will be picked by authors and have their work published in a book.
Submissions can be in the format of a personal experience, a poem, or a creative story and the deadline closes Friday 17th July. Find out more here: https://generationlockdown.co.uk/
Published pieces will appear in a John Catt Educational book called ‘Generation Lockdown Writes’ and all of the sales of the book will go to BookTrust.
