Farewell to Dolly

Dear Families

Today we say farewell to Jenny Lloyd, known to all past and present pupils and staff of SJP as ‘Dolly’, as she retires after 36 years of service to our SJP community.

Over the years, Dolly has held a number of roles; she has been a midday supervisor, teaching assistant and most recently our Lead First Aider. Dolly is a loyal, committed and caring member of staff who gives her time willingly to help and care for our young people. Most recently she accompanied our Year 7 on their retreat to Conway where I witnessed her provide love, attention, reassurance and sometimes some sharp words to both students and staff!

It is true to say that Dolly has been an integral part of SJP for many years, caring, supporting and jumping to the rescue in times of need.

We wish Dolly well as her chapter at SJP closes and the next one opens as she embarks upon a long, well deserved and happy retirement. She will be missed by all of us and will always be welcome at SJP.

Kind regards

Ms Maria Sharratt
