Monday 17th January - Flu Nasal Spray (Y7-11)

Available to any student in Y7-11 who has not previously had this during this academic year or for those who were absent when this took place before Christmas.

Wednesday & Thursday 19th & 20th January - Covid-19 Vaccination (12-15 year olds)

Available to students of 12-15 years of age, either needing their first or second dose of the vaccination.

Only students with completed e-consent will be able to have the immunisations. All consent must be completed via the attached link, which is a direct NHS consent for both Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations. Please do not call or email school with consent, this must be done using the correct system (attached).

All students need a new consent for this round of immunisations. If you would like your child to have the flu nasal spray as they have not yet had this, please complete the relevant consent section for seasonal flu.

If you would like your child to have their first Covid-19 vaccination or their second dose then you must also complete the Covid-19 consent section.

The attached NHS letter provides all the relevant information relating to the Covid-19 vaccination, please read this carefully before completing the consent. The link on the form will take you to consent for both the seasonal flu and Covid-19 vaccinations. The link will remain open until the end of the day Friday 14th January.
