Katie Kelso, Chenai Lefebvre and Ellie Taperall were given the opportunity to go for trials with Chester ladies football team. After trials and training the girls have been selected to play and train for the under 14s team. This is an age group of their normal playing age.

Our Duke of Edinburgh Award programme enjoyed a fantastic awards evening with special guest Gill Burns, MBE, and former Captain of England’s Women’s Rugby Team.
Shortly before the half term break ninety-nine of our pupils travelled by coach and ferry to Lésigny near Paris. Everyone was very excited to arrive in France. We arrived at our accommodation ‘Chateau de Grande Romaine’ where we enjoyed settling in, having an evening meal and participating in the evening activities.
On Wednesday 7th February nineteen Year 9 students embarked on an Italian Taster Day at The University of Liverpool.

On Tuesday 23rd January a selected group of year 8 and 9 pupils went to Chester Cathedral to celebrate Holocaust Memorial Day. They joined with pupils from a number of schools in the North West to take part in a variety of activities anchored in memories of the Holocaust.
