We have just arrived back from a fantastic 3 days stay at the Conway Centre in Anglesey, with 215 of our enthusiastic Year 7 cohort.
The Centre and staff who attended all agreed that the pupils represented the school and the wider SJP community with maturity and positivity to give everything a go from canoeing to zip wiring, no complaints! The course leaders themselves stated it was “the first time in a number of years that we have had a group of young people who have just gone with the flow and done the activities they were allocated without wanting to swap and they’ve all showed real resilience, with all being involved and encouraging each other. It’s been really nice to see”. It was a pleasure to take them and a pleasure to have them at SJP.
Now we’ve taken our first steps, here’s to many more experiences together on our Year Group’s journey!
